UNIVERSITY CENTER, MI (07/22/2015)(readMedia)-- Maxwell Recknagel, of Saline, was one of 452 students from Saginaw Valley State University named to the President's List for the winter 2015 semester.
To be eligible for the President's List, a student must take at least 12 credit hours and earn a 4.0 grade point average.
