Diabetes PATH helps seniors 60 and over learn about tools and techniques that can help them manage their own Type 2 Diabetes. The focus is not on any one particular method, but rather on helping you find the techniques or tools that will work for you and that you can make a part of your daily life. Whether you're new to diabetes or have been living with diabetes for decades, you'll walk away with new information and resources. Classes are held in a small-group setting so people can share information and problem-solve together.  Diabetes PATH is a six-week class.
