Saline teenager Brendan Heim pled guilty to first degree murder in the death of 19-year-old Dustyn Frolka in Bath Township Feb. 15, according to the Lansing State Journal.

The newspaper reports Heim told the court he was beating Frolka with brass knuckles in the back of a vehicle when Frolka opened the door and jumped out. Frolka was found on I-69.

Heim, 17, was one of three Saline teenagers who were trying to rob Frolka, who was involved in selling drugs, the Journal reports. Tyrel Bredernitz, 18, pled guilty to second degree murder in September. Samantha Grigg, 18, pled guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to six to 15 years in prison.

Bredernitz and Heim will be sentenced in November.

All three were arrested in Saline in February.
