With his background in communications, public relations, event planning, training, and marketing, and as a former teacher, he can help us spread the word to everyone in Saline about Main Street – what we hope to accomplish and why we believe it is such a vitally important organization to have as part of our community.”

The public will be invited to meet Bob Rosenberger and the Saline Main Street team at a meet-and-greet that will be scheduled in November.

Saline Main Street, a new organization dedicated to rivitalizing downtown Saline, formed early this year when the state accepted the community's application to become a select-level member of the Main Street program. The program's first manager, Kelly Idzkowski, resigned in late September.

By educating and working with the public and private sectors, the organization is building a volunteer-driven revitalization program to protect the historic architecture, strengthen the business community, respect the environment, create gathering spaces for friends and family, hold outstanding events, and honor the rich local history.  Learn more at
