City of Saline, Chamber, Main Street And Schools Partner to Offer Job Fair Oct. 16

The City of Saline, along with the Saline Area Chamber of Commerce (SACC), Saline Main Street and Saline Area Schools, is proud to announce an upcoming Jobs Fair scheduled for October 16th.

“The ability to attract and retain talent is one of the biggest challenges facing our business community,” said Mayor Brian Marl. “It’s a concern I’ve heard articulated time and time again. As such, we organized this event to meet the needs of both our business leaders, and those seeking employment in the Saline area – the response has been tremendous, and we are looking forward to a successful event later this fall.”

John Olsen, Executive Director of the SACC added, “Attracting employees to our business community is a top priority at the Chamber. Employees are a critical asset that allow our businesses to thrive and grow. The Chamber is pleased to be part of this partnership to link up great businesses with great people.”

The 2018 Find Your Future in Saline event will be held on: Tuesday, October 16th 9 AM – 6 PM Shuttle Buses run between 10-2 Center Hub – Liberty School 7265 North Ann Arbor Street The center hub will showcase a number of local businesses and staff will be on hand to provide information about the Saline community.

More importantly, transportation will be provided, and participants will be able to tour some of the Saline area’s larger businesses and meet directly with senior management - many of the businesses will be accepting resumes on site. Everyone is welcome, and encouraged to attend – there is no fee, and advanced registration is not required.
