Do you like to exercise? Unless you're an athlete you might have answered no. Most people exercise to improve their quality of life. That's the focus of Functional Fitness. The exercises executed in this class help train muscles to perform everyday activities safely and efficiently by targeting major muscle groups. Students need to bring a mat and hand weights (if you would like to use them) to class.
