Jishukan Chi uses the rhythmic flow that is a part of Jishukan Ryu Jujitsu forms. Using their own body weight as resistance students will stretch and strengthen muscles,  ligaments and tendons. Students will improve core strength, balance and concentration. Excellent for stress relief, Jishukan Chi can be practiced by students of all ages. Presented by Steve Hollis by Ping’s Dojo.
