Mindfulness Meditation in Community, Drop-in mindfulness meditation, OPEN TO ALL, freely offered
Every Tuesday morning 11 a.m. to noon
Appropriate for beginners or experienced meditators. Led by experienced mindfulness practitioners. We begin with a 20-minute guided meditation and close with a short silent meditation with discussion and questions in between. Chairs are available. Bring your own cushion if you prefer.
