Register for one or both days - the more consistently you exercise, the better! Classes are non-transferable. This is a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. You will increase your flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. This class is full of low-impact, high quality exercises. No class Tuesday, Nov 20 and Thursday, Nov 22.
Non-members are welcome for $5 more; open to anyone 45+.
