Everyone is welcome to join Casino Night at Tri-County Sportsmen's League Saturday Night

On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, James Bond 007 went all in playing Texas Hold ‘em in Casino Royale.  He won at craps in Diamonds are Forever. His game was blackjack in License to Kill and there’s even a James Bond strategy for roulette (bet $140 on high numbers (19-36), $50 on six numbers 13-18 and $10 on zero as an insurance). You can learn to play all these games with fun money and no risk getting of getting kidnaped, fed to sharks or poisoned at a Casino Night this Saturday night at the Tri-County Sportsmen’s League in Saline, 8640 Moon Road in Saline.

At the same time, guests can bid on an exciting collection of silent auction items, including tickets to the NASCAR Cup championship race in Miami and exclusive use of an 18-person luxury suite at Little Caesar’s Arena when the Red Wings face off against the Toronto Maple Leafs on Nov. 27. Other items include concert and theater tickets, fine art, liquor baskets and Michigan football memorabilia signed by head coach Jim Harbaugh.

Tickets, which include fun money and silent auction tickets, are available in advance through Eventbrite and at the door. All proceeds benefit The Saline Fiddlers Philharmonic and are tax deductible.  Free hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available throughout the event, which runs from 7 p.m. – 11 p.m.  The Fiddlers will also debut songs from their new, soon to be released CD during the night.
