Saline stayed undefeated in the SEC with victories against Huron and Skyline Wednesday.

Catherine Loftus was match medalist, shooting 37. Saline’s top 4 accumulated a team score of 160. Huron forfeited due to a lack of golfers and Skyline shot 190.

Saline sits with a 10-0 record. They face Bedford Monday at the SEC championships – where they will also be gunning for the SEC title.

Molly Pribble finished second with a score of 38. Sydney Page shot 42 and Stephanie Schick shot 43 to account for the scoring. Gabi Solis, 48, and Emily Woodman, 49, also golfed for varsity.

Coach Debbie Williams-Hoak said her team is tired after a busy opening month.

“But they made it through the bulk of the season with flying colors. They have a few days off and then we will prepare for the SEC Championships Monday,” she said. “They have a lot of wonderful opportunities in that tournament as a team and then as individuals with All-Conference honors. They are looking forward to it.”
