Saline High School Principal David Raft shows the gold lifetime athletics passes that he presented to Frank Flores and Craig Hoeft.

Two Hornet faithful have been rewarded for unflagging support of the blue and gold.

Friday night, Saline High School principal David Raft presented lifetime passes to Craig Hoeft and Frank Flores. The passes are good for all SEC athletic events and activities.

Raft said that every school was asked to nominate longtime fans for the passes.

“We’ve got a lot of great fans of Saline athletics. Frank has done so much for Saline, from coaching softball to helping at events, teaching driver’s education and providing support for the students. Craig served on school board, serves the town as a firefighter, he’s always at events supporting our schools and our students,” Raft said. “These two are well-deserving of these passes.”

Raft said the lifetime passes are a new SEC program.

Hoeft joked that he’d no longer have to worry about paying his uncle Jim, who has been selling tickets at Saline athletic events for years.
