The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for Wednesday.

Heavy snow is possible in Southeast Michigan between 3 and 7 p.m., with total accumulation of four to seven inches possible. The snowfall should be heaviest between 3 and 7 p.m., and between I-69 and I-94.

The snowfall could reduce driver visibility and create snow-covered roads.

The snow is expected to begin late Wednesday morning and continue into the evening. The winter storm watch is in effect until 1 a.m. Thursday.
