Taylor Mulder, who set a new Saline High School season record with 43 goals, was named Ms. Soccer by the Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association. The award goes to the best high school player in the state of Michigan.
Saline’s heavy-hitting lineup went ice cold in a 1-0 loss to Taylor Kennedy in the regional final at Saline High School Saturday. Saline’s players were stunned as they watched Kennedy celebrate a regional championship trophy that the Hornets viewed as a step on the way to East Lansing.
