Soggy Saline could get drenched with another two to three inches of rain Monday.
The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch this afternoon and evening. It takes effect at 2 p.m. Showers and thunderstorms approaching Washtenaw County may drop two to three inches of water. Sunday, storms dropped two inches of rain on the area. Riverbanks, creeks and ditches swelled.
Low-lying areas, streets and creeks could see flash flooding.
