Faurecia informed workers of temporary layoffs at the Saline plant Thursday morning.

Employees producing parts for Ford and FCA products are affected by the layoff. Employees producing parts for Tesla will continue reporting to work at this time. Other employees may also be affected and contacted by the company.

Ford production is expected to resume March 30 and FCA production on April 1.
