This unique experiential group will begin with gentle movement and ease into basic mindfulness practices such as awareness of breath, grounding through senses, and complete body relaxation. During the course of the sessions, other practices will be introduced that lend themselves to staying in the moment, and from there, learning to focus on positives as well as allowing joy into our lives.
