Pittsfield Township Police are investigating a series of middle-of-the-night home invasions.

Police say a suspect, pictured above, entered two occupied homes via unlocked doors and garages and that he attempted to enter a third home. The incidents occurred between 2 and 4 a.m., June 18. Cash was stolen from two homes and the suspect did not encounter the residents, according to police.

The incidents occurred on the 2400 block of Moors Court and 3700 block of Burnham road in the northwest sector of the township.

Police say the suspect was possibly a white male who wore shorts below the knee, a long-sleeve black shirt with a navy short sleeve, gloves and an oversized knit cap with eye holes cut out as a ski mask.
