Foundation Seeks Nominees for 4th Saline Schools Hall of Fame

Nominations are now open for new inductees into The Foundation for Saline Area Schools Hall of Fame. The FSAS Hall of Fame honors individuals who have demonstrated outstanding individual ability, leadership, character, personal drive and dedication. Their lives and accomplishments serve to inspire our students and the Saline community.

The foundation will announce inductees this spring. In the fall, the foundation will honor inductees at a football game and banquet.

To be eligible a person must be:

  • A Saline High School graduate of 5 years or more
  • A former faculty, staff member, coach or administrator (must have retired from full-time positions)
  • An individual who has made exceptional contributions to the Saline Area Schools community

Nominees will be judged against the following criteria:

  • Recognition and prominence in their field or endeavor, noteworthy contributions to that field, or contributions in community service.
  • Integrity and good character
  • Exemplification of the principles, philosophy and mission of the Saline School District and the FSAS Alumni Association

Nominations for the Foundation for the fourth Hall of Fame class will be open until Feb. 20.
